Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide high-quality and efficient customer service to clients. * Achieve monthly call quality performance targets. * Educate clients on products and services. * Utilize multiple customer databases effectively. * Provide technical assistance as required. * Collaborate with team members. * Operate and manage onsite equipment.
