Job Description TEKsystems is seeking a desktop support technician for one of our clients based out of Dayton, OH. This position would provide support to end-users and be involved in a large-scale hardware refresh project.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hardware support, helpdesk, or desktop support, along with strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include assisting with hardware deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, and regularly interacting with users. Tasks will require professionalism and attention to detail.
