Overview
The Oracle ERP Functional / Business Analyst position is a critical role that involves engaging with business partners to gather and document their needs and requirements. This position requires a strong background in Oracle ERP, particularly in the areas of inventory management, Shipping, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Procurement modules and warehouse automation. The successful candidate will work closely with global and regional business partners to ensure that their requirements are accurately captured and addressed. In this role, the analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business subject matter experts, functional specialists, and solution architects, to define and document business processes. Base Salary Range 120,000 - 165,000
The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans and generous time off. Responsibilities
Coordinate and support testing activities including integration testing, SQA, and user testing
- Support the creation of training documentation and deliver user training
- Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and other relevant documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-production issues, documenting resolutions and updating documentation
- The analyst will also be responsible for creating and documenting test scenarios, scripts, and test data to support the testing phase of projects
- Additionally, the analyst will coordinate and support various testing activities, including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Creating and maintaining systems documentation and flow of the processes.
- Support day-to-day operations of the Oracle eBusiness environment
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, IT, Computer Science, or similar
Experience:
- 5+ years with Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years with Oracle Warehouse Management system involving mobile devices
- 5+ years with responsibilities of inventory management solutions covering: receiving, material movement, material picking, shipping on manufacturing warehouse
Knowledge & Skills:
- Oracle R12: Extensive experience with Oracle R12 is a must.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proven experience in managing WMS, including mobile devices.
- MPS/MRP Knowledge: Strong understanding of Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning.
- Mobile SCP: Experience with mobile supply chain planning solutions.
- Purchasing: Knowledge of purchasing processes.
- Oracle Fusion: Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, IT, or a related field
