Security Professional - Corporate Patrol

As a Security Professional - Corporate Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a tech-focused location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with alarm panel operations, and providing excellent customer service through clear communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with others and upholding the values of integrity, reliability, and innovation. Your role is essential in supporting a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.

Pay Rate: $16.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the tech, media, and telecom location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
