Parker offers competitive benefit programs, including: 2nd Shift Work Hours: M-Th 2:30 pm-1:00 am The Aftermarket Production Manager will provide operational leadership of the 2nd Shift R&O (Repair and Overhaul) FAA repair station in accordance with all applicable company and U.S. Government regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that policies, plans, standards, and requirements are met at the facility for all key metrics with experience of PART 145 with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. Will advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing and improving the quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety of the FAA repair station. Supervisory responsibility includes, but is not limited to, training and developing team members, delegating work assignments, writing and conducting performance appraisals, coaching and counseling team members, and administering disciplinary procedures up to and including written warnings. The team member has the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production materials and take action with such materials as defined in such documents as controlled plans and work instructions. Will interact with team members at all levels of the organization, customers, and outside contacts.
