The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant for a full-time position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian. The Physician Assistant will join a group of dedicated front-line providers who will provide 24/7 coverage of the PICU/PCICU. The Physician Assistant will provide services under the supervision of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellows and attendings. The individual will perform a variety of functions and technical procedures necessary for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and outcome evaluation of patients in the ICU. The individual will also participate in performance improvement, research and educational activities.
