Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Hardware professional to support our mission of building world-class mobile solutions for our direct-to-consumer products and business partners. If so, a role as a Sr. Hardware Program Manager - Connected Products with Fortune Brands Innovations might be the perfect fit for you. Based in Deerfield, IL or San Francisco, CA, this role reports to the Manager of Hardware Program Management - Security and Outdoor Connected Products. You will lead multiple complex product improvement projects and manage multi-disciplinary global teams-including Product Management, Sourcing, Marketing, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Software, Quality Assurance, Operation, Sales, and Technical Support-to bring innovative product ideas to market quickly. Much of the development work will be supported by global partners and focused on Yale and Master Lock residential and commercial products. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role in Deerfield, IL is hiring Pay Range:$93,000 - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
