The Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager will optimize marketing campaigns across paid digital channels to turn impressions and clicks into passionate customers. This role will execute marketing initiatives focused on acquiring and retaining customers, primarily in performance marketing channels. This includes but is not limited to paid social, paid search, traditional media, display ads, email, and website. The ideal candidate will understand acquisition funnels and havehands-on experience implementing growth strategies, decreasing customer acquisition costs, and campaign execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Optimization:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.) focused on driving customer acquisition and retention. Optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, traditional media, ambassadors, and influencers) to maximize ROI and improve performance. Develop and execute testing strategies, A/B tests, and other optimization techniques to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze and interpret marketing data and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement. Use data to optimize spend, improve ROI, and increase new customer growth.

Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including social media managers, email specialists, community team, and web team, to ensure marketing content and optimizations align with the overall marketing calendar and business objectives. Partner with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaigns, track performance, and ensure alignment with brand standards. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

Performance Reporting:

  • Report on campaign performance with regular updates and strategic recommendations. Use insights to continually refine tactics and ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field).
  • 3-5 years experience in performance/digital marketing, customer acquisition, data analysis, and optimization at a B2C organization.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
