Make an Impact
We're looking for a dynamic Talent Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities. Though your main focus will be North America, you'll also get to collaborate with our global teammates in other regions.
One day you might be sourcing standout candidates, the next you're guiding them through interviews or jumping in to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be a key player in helping us find and hire amazing talent-while making sure every candidate has a great experience along the way.
What you will do in this role:
Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate onsite interviews across departments, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both internal teams and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce) and support reporting needs.
- Lead video interviewing tactics for North America and retail.
- Help coordinate background checks and relocation, and assist with onboarding activities prior to Day 1.
- Champion the Fossil Group employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
Recruiting & Candidate Engagement
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake, posting, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on talent strategies.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience while building strong partnerships with hiring teams.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Proactively source talent across a variety of functions, including brand, commercial, and corporate operations.
- Use innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, social platforms, resume databases, and industry events.
- Build talent maps and pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs, with a focus on diversity and skill alignment.
Your Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), onboarding platforms, and video recruiting tools (Dayforce experience is a plus) and using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering best-in-class candidate experiences.
- A team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and curiosity to learn.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Even better if you have:
- Experience supporting both retail field and corporate hiring.
- Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with employer branding content and candidate engagement content.
- Experience partnering with global, cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
