*Description*
This client is looking for a contracted product owner to support our newly established customer analytics pod as part of the personalization product team. The Product Owner, Martech plays a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of personalized orchestrated customer journeys. This individual will focus on implementing and delivering orchestrated customer journeys across paid and owned channels through the effective use of robust customer data, insights, and advanced tools. As a core member of the Agile Scrum team, the Product Owner works closely with the Product Manager to align the product roadmap with strategic business objectives. They are responsible for managing the Product Backlog, defining, and prioritizing user stories, and ensuring that the development team delivers impactful customer experiences. This role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Design to identify and implement solutions that optimize the customer journey and drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Martech technologies, personalization frameworks, and agile methodologies, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business goals. ****Key Focus Areas**** - Translate business questions into journey analytics capabilities (e.g., funnel tracking, pathing, segmentation, attribution). - Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Stores, Loyalty, and UX to gather needs and align priorities. - Maintain a product backlog of analytics features and enhancements (e.g., tagging plans, dashboards, data sources). - Partner with Data Engineering, Martech, and Analytics teams to implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and tag management solutions. - Ensure proper data governance, tracking, and QA processes are followed for reliable reporting. - Enable teams to identify friction points, drop-offs, and engagement drivers along the customer journey. - Partner with the other pod leads for A/B testing and personalization initiatives by defining success metrics and feedback loops. - Drive education and adoption of journey analytics capabilities across the organization. - Maintain a vision and roadmap for journey analytics capabilities aligned with business goals. - Agile/Scrum experience-ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams and deliver iteratively. *Skills* CJA, MarTech, Customer Analytics *Top Skills Details* CJA,MarTech,Customer Analytics *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Translate business questions into journey analytics capabilities (e.g., funnel tracking, pathing, segmentation, attribution). *Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Stores, Loyalty, and UX to gather needs and align priorities. *Maintain a product backlog of analytics features and enhancements (e.g., tagging plans, dashboards, data sources). *Stay informed on Martech trends, innovations, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for personalization. *Advocate for the voice of the customer by incorporating user feedback and insights into the product development process. *Align product priorities with organizational goals, ensuring value delivery. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
