*Job Title: *Segment Risk Specialist
*Location: *Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Columbus, Ohio) *Duration: *3 Month Contract-to-Hire ***At this time, the client is considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2* *Description* *Responsible for Performing risk and control self assessments. *Responsible for Policy/Controls and Process Documentation. *Work with identified Segment Operational Risk Manager in the administration of the corporate risk management program. *Work with identified business segment(s) to identify key risks and controls and develop and conduct testing of those controls. *Perform the risk and control self assessments. *Develop, maintain and continually enhance a proactive operational and regulatory risk management program and related initiatives. *Identify, assess, communicate and implement regulatory issuances. *Ensure the timely completion of all testing requirements in accordance with guidelines. *Assist the business segment in the timely remediation of issues. *Help foster a risk awareness culture in the business segment. *Top Skills Details* Problem Solving, Risk, Risk analysis *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Will sign a Right to Represent before being sent over to the client Notes from Meeting with the Manager: *Supports the controls testing team with leveraging programs to automate some of those manual tasks that they're doing. *Managing ServiceNow space, which is responsible for our control inventory which is where our control information is stored there, testing information gets stored there as well as process maps *Facilitating meetings about different domains for looking at their process maps and making sure it falls in line with the standards *We leverage Alteryx the most; If you understand Microsoft excel formulas you are positioned well to understand Alteryx *Looking for: Problem solving, how do they approach an issue, can they identify and knowing where end point is and working both ends, process oriented mindset *Identify where they need to go, logical and critical thinking *We could be handed a blank canvas and we need to get here, how do we get there *3 interview process *IRM support and automation *Control Testing/Evaluation *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
