*Job Description:*
Seeking Call Center Representative to join the team of large furniture company! The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center and be capable of handling high-volume calls efficiently. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to manage customer inquiries regarding inventory, shipment, and purchases. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle 300+ calls per day during peak seasons, addressing customer questions and concerns. * Prioritize solving customer problems effectively, aiming for a call time of 2 minutes or less while ensuring issues are resolved without call terminations. * Maintain high attendance and punctuality, as this is crucial for the role. * Utilize Microsoft systems proficiently for daily tasks including email, phone calls, and website navigation. * Learn and use company-specific systems. *Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of call center or customer support experience is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette * Proficiency in Microsoft systems and daily use of email, phone, and websites. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new company systems and processes. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
