The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multifaceted team does it all. We are a collection of creative visionaries, craftspeople, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.

About the role

As a global, internal creative agency, the time has come for us to build a scalable content production studio of our dreams - where production design can be centralized, ad hoc creative projects can be delivered, and our tools and systems operationalized. The foundation of this team is to allow our incredibly talented creative thinkers to focus on what they do best, while ensuring that the work is delivered on time and on brand, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

As the Production Studio Operations lead, you will be responsible for working with the Sr. Director to define the process and workflow of how work gets implemented and delivered by the studio. You will work with the technology lead to align on tools and resources to intake, track and report on all of the work coming through the Production Studio and share that reporting on a quarterly basis. You will manage the studio traffic/pm resources who will track the intake and day to day workflow into our tools as well as manage those projects directly as needed. In addition you will partner closely with the Sr. Director in building and managing the Mexico City hub, identifying staffing needs, hiring and the workflow process with that team. This role requires a strong background in creative production & proven leadership building scalable content models within a matrixed organization.

What you will do

* Work with the Sr. Director, Creative Technology and our partners to assess current tools and workflow and adapt or redefine them to support the production needs of the GBC team.

* Own the day to day process for resourcing, intake, prioritization and management of the work across both the Creative teams and ad hoc creative requests

* Partner with Sr. Director in building and managing the Mexico City production team as part of our company's hub strategy model, identifying the strategy, resourcing model and intake process

* Partner with Creative PMs on planning and prioritization to ensure effective resourcing models for output across our identified lines of business

* Help manage external agencies that we utilize to support overflow or outsourcing non-business critical requests

* Provide brand governance on work coming through the studio, flagging if work is off brand and not following standards and following up with the business partners accordingly.

* Participate in regular QBRs with creative operations and program management to assess our tools and workflow and optimize and update regularly, implementing AI technology and automation where appropriate.

What experience you have

* BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field

* Extensive experience in design, production or related field

* Proven track record of building and leading scalable content production teams in a global matrixed organization.

* Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital, video, audio & print formats

* Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* 8 years experience managing creative production both hands-on and leadership roles

* 8 years of industry or related creative experience

* 8 years experience leading and managing a team in an enterprise organization with globally managed resources

* Expert knowledge of creative process and all digital creative software tools

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
