Advanced Team Leader - Warehouse - MSC - NIGHT SHIFT Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving cross-functional collaboration and fostering an inclusive work environment? Join our team as an Advanced Team Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in directing and influencing teams across departments and shifts. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to implement projects, build daily work plans, and provide real-time updates on floor activities. Your ability to understand and manage workforce planning, approve timecards, and coordinate site crisis management will be essential in maintaining a seamless operation. As an Advanced Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting goals with and for team members, supporting both business and personal development. You will determine, write, and execute appropriate performance management actions in alignment with the Operations Manager and Human Resources. Promoting strong cross-functional collaboration, you will also engage in collaborative labor relations and participate in union business when necessary. Your role will involve supporting personnel investigations, conducting root cause analyses, and communicating with Human Resources. Your commitment to compliance, regulatory, and safety standards will be critical as you teach and coach team members on adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines. You will act as the Site Commander, ensuring GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and a strong safety culture. You will lead employee injury investigations and proactive hazard recognition, owning designated safety programs. Your technical expertise will guide and teach team members on functional aspects, effectively using LEAN practices. You will identify process gaps, write standard work, perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and maintain quality standards. Your budget responsibilities will include creating budgets for usage and materials and providing action plans to correct variances.
