Requirements: * Graduate of a program in Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. * Current New York State Licensure * Two (2) years at senior level in field or acute medical hospital * Two (2) years supervised clinical experience in a medical setting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Must have a valid driver's license and ability to provide own transporting during working hours for the purpose of making home visits Hours: M-F 8:30a - 5:00p- some weekends and some holidays.
