THE JOB:
This Learning & Development Partner role provides direct, dedicated support to Borgata, MGM Resorts' premier Atlantic City property. The role is highly facilitation-focused and plays a critical part in delivering new hire orientations, leadership training, and enterprise learning programs. The partner may also support flex learning sessions designed to meet unique property-specific needs, especially during high-volume seasonal periods.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver and manage new hire orientations and leadership development programs across operational departments.

• Collaborate with HR and property leaders to assess learning needs using guest feedback and performance data.

• Leverage our enterprise learning platform to enable development, track progress, and measure impact.

• Conduct pre- and post-course evaluations to track ROI and ensure continuous improvement.

• Facilitate both large and small group sessions, including experiential and diversity-focused learning experiences.

• Manage logistics for in-person sessions: classroom setup, materials, scheduling, and inventory.

• Advise employees on internal development opportunities and educational assistance programs.

• Work independently on multiple learning projects with creativity, accountability, and attention to deadlines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 1+ Years of prior relevant adult learning/training/facilitation experience

• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills-comfortable engaging diverse audiences from line-level to executives.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, dashboards, reporting).

• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to travel to various properties and represent Talent Development when needed.
