Clinical Research Supervisor, Pediatrics

Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Research Supervisor, Pediatrics - Transplant, Cellular Therapy and Heme Malignancy Services! This is an exciting leadership opportunity overseeing day-to-day supervision of the research team and research operations.

Role Overview:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Responsible for leading all research operations, ensuring the highest quality patient-centric care, data management, clinic management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with key partners (internal and external) in the development and ongoing management of clinical trials and research projects, including investigator initiative trials, industry-sponsored trials, biospecimen protocols, and retrospective protocols.
• Partner with leadership to meet departmental goals and objectives.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Clinical Research experience within a pediatric environment.
• Supervisory experience and experience with high volume trials a plus.

Additional Information:

• Location: 1275 York Avenue, NYC
• Schedule: Hybrid, at least 3-4 days onsite
• Reporting to the Clinical Research Manager

Pay Range: $88,800.00 - $142,200.00
