Project Overview: The Customer Service Representative works to build and maintain positive relationships with families interested in enrolling in our online educational programs. The role involves delivering a superior customer experience by explaining the value and benefits of the school, ensuring parents understand the virtual school experience, and helping families make informed enrollment decisions.
Key Responsibilities: * Assist families via inbound calls with questions and account updates. * Advocate for students to help them navigate their enrollment experience. * Review student accounts to address outstanding tasks and recommend actions for success. * Organize workflow to ensure time management, data integrity, communication, and student retention. * Maintain and document student records accurately in online systems. * Participate in outbound calls for onboarding and retention. * Protect student privacy by complying with FERPA regulations. * Perform other assigned duties as needed. Requirements: * 1-2+ years of related call center experience. * Transferable experience includes (Call center, retention, enrollment, etc.) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and families. * Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace * Must have HS Diploma or equivalent. Details: * 100% remote | Equipment provided * Pay: $17/hr. * Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered. * Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm EST * Anticipated Start Date: July 7th, 2025. * This position is a contract role anticipated to go through October 31, 2025. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
