TAP Server - MGM Springfield

As a food Server at TAP restaurant, you'll be the crucial link between our sports-loving guests and their dining experience, taking and delivering orders with a friendly demeanor while ensuring tables are tidy and guest satisfaction remains high. Your role involves not just efficient service but also performing essential side work and maintaining cleanliness at your assigned stations, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the excitement of every game day. STARTING RATE: $8.75 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
