In this role, The Junior IS Project Manager supports the planning and execution of smaller initiatives and demands. They assist in defining project/initiative scope, coordinating tasks, and maintaining project timelines. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution within company procedures, quality standards, and scheduling targets. Their role focuses on organization, communication, and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently to meet business needs.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Project Plan / Build / Execute Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the IS project outcomes to time, scope, cost and agreed quality.
* Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, time schedule, and work allocation.
* Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to key stakeholders.
* Effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned milestones and efficient delivery.
* Uses knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project, assessing what information they have and don't have, the risks and issues that may arise during the project and to decide on the best way to proceed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large, international company.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent degree in IT .
• Ability to lead projects based on project management methodology and proficiency in using tools supporting project management
• Experience in working with clients
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including influencing and negotiating
• Ownership mindset, where you act proactively and take ownership of the tasks/pojects
• Project Management Certification is welcome
