Over 18 months, you'll gain real-world HR experience, develop leadership skills, and work on meaningful projects that shape our workplace culture.

Your Rotational Experience

This 18-month program offers a comprehensive journey through key HR functions. You will experience rotations designed to provide both broad exposure and focused expertise:

HR Operations (6 months) - Gain a foundational understanding of core HR processes, systems, and compliance. This rotation will provide a crucial operational context for your future HR roles.

Center of Excellence Rotations (6 months total, split as follows):

  • Talent Learning & Culture (2 months) - Immerse yourself in designing engaging onboarding experiences, supporting leadership development initiatives, and actively contributing to shaping a positive company culture.
  • Multicultural Affairs (2 months) - Focus on organizing impactful DEIB events, researching and implementing best practices, and contributing to the creation of a truly inclusive workplace.
  • Talent Acquisition (2 months) - Partner closely with recruiters to master the art of sourcing top talent, building a strong employer brand, and understanding effective hiring strategies.

HR Business Partner (6 months) - Collaborate directly with business leaders, analyze key HR metrics to inform strategic decisions, and gain invaluable insight into how HR drives business success.

Who We're Looking For

  • Degree: Spring 2024 - Spring 2025 graduate with aBachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and a passion for building great workplace cultures.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn HR systems.

  • Mindset: A self-starter ready to take on challenges and drive meaningful change.

Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $52,800.00 - $66,000.00 + overtime

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
