Job Summary: Provides support for multiple functions, wholesales parts, remount line, and service department; reports to Aftermarket Manager Responsibilities: * Processes parts requests from service or remount departments * Processes parts requests from Dealers and repair facilities and communicates timelines to vendors and Dealers * Prices parts for estimating and direct purchase, determines availability of parts for service orders and remounts, and verifies parts are delivered to the proper area * Processes order creation of purchased parts to Dealers and repair facilities and ensures delivery of parts in a timely manner * Works with stock room to transfer and issue parts as needed * Maintains parts inventory for service and remount departments and notifies management of inaccuracies * Purchases parts from outside vendors, when necessary * Use an online parts system to process orders as well as being able to utilize all its functions to track orders, verify PO's, produce invoices copies, etc. * Use an ERP system to create part numbers * Look up fabricated parts through spec and engineering logs to create orders in the system and get proper paperwork into the plant to have the parts produced * Works with Remount department for part ordering and delivery * Works with Warranty to remedy part shortages * Any other tasks as assigned. Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment): * Two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/parts sale's environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience with online parts system, like Lexel or GenAlph and experience with ERPs (like MAPICs) and Bill of Materials * Customer service Oriented * Works independently with or without direct supervision. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in an ever-changing and demanding environment. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office Outlook * While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, talk or hear, taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to an indoor climate-controlled area. The noise level is usually moderate. In the plant, eye and hearing protection is mandatory, dust mask and safety toe shoes may be required in identified areas.
