Minimum Job Requirements
- Physical- need to be able bend, see and have dexterity to physically work on computer hardware, proficient in using a PC keyboard

Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all general IT related operations including maintaining servers, networks and PCs in good working condition and minimizing down time. Responsible for maintaining CAD and other business software as well as the ERP system data base and related functions in good order so as to minimize down time and keep current with licensing requirements and latest releases. Responsible for the phones and internet. Authority to requisition IT equipment. Implement and manage cost accounting systems and procedures for all manufacturing related parts.
- Implement and maintain a monitoring system for servers and workstation hardware & software health so as to minimize downtime
- Keep all server and workstation endpoints up to date with the latest windows and 3rd party software patches
- Ensure that all server and workstation endpoints have an antivirus/antimalware software installed and that it is up to date
- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software in use on all server and workstation endpoints
- Work to standardize all location hardware and software where possible
- Maintain a working knowledge of all company software and new releases of said software
- Program Epicor reports as requested.
- Maintain Epicor (or other ERP) data base and related to software to minimize downtime.
- Install, set-up, and maintain and provide training on all computer-related equipment and phone systems
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of Inter and Intra nets.
- Perform cybersecurity activities to ensure data are protected
- Attend remote and onsite training related to business-critical software
- Maintain and keep up to date with IT related industry certifications to better understand and support all IT related functions
- Work with suppliers to maintain and upgrade servers and workstation hardware and software as needed
- Install new hardware and software on server and workstation endpoints.
- Implement and maintain an IT security policy to ensure the safety of company assets from both external and internal sources
- Work with all employees to improve the use of all hardware and software assets to improve efficiency where possible
- Other ad hoc duties as requested

- Good understanding of Information Technology related equipment, networks, hardware and software.

- Able to prioritize and display a high level of adaptability/flexibility while handling job responsibilities
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft server (MCSA certification is desired) and Cisco networking software (CCNA certification is desired).
Education and Experience * Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field of study. Five years Information Technology experience.
