Warehouse Associate

Shift & Pay:

• 2nd available
• Pay Range: $16 - $17.50 per hour
• Note: Training may take place on a different shift

Responsibilities:

• Learn key skills like staging, hand-finishing, and inserting materials.
• Prep machines and load equipment with materials.
• Operate equipment, ensuring quality and integrity of finished products.
• Monitor equipment for errors, troubleshoot, and resume operations.
• Complete weekly and daily schedules, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Record quality checks, downtime, and actions taken.
• Maintain a clean work area and collaborate with team members to maximize productivity.
• Lift up to 40 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, and lift arms as needed.
• Cross-train in other areas as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to weight, volume, and quantity.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift/move up to 55 lbs, and have good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral).
