Now Hiring: Class A Night Owl Driver - Local Deliveries, Home Daily, Paid Standby Time!

Location: Lacey, WA

If you're an experienced Class A Delivery Driver looking for consistent home time, night routes, and a steady paycheck-even while on standby-this is your moment. Staffmark is offering a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with night shift local routes delivering palletized grocery products to stores throughout Oregon. You'll be home daily, operate late model day cabs, and be compensated for all the time you put in-yes, even while waiting for your route!

Schedule & Pay:



  • Pay: $30/hour + OT after 40 hours
  • Shifts: Monday through Friday with some weekends
  • Start Times: Between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Standby Time: Paid as long as you remain onsite



What You'll Do:



  • Operate Class A late model day cab trucks
  • Run local night routes delivering palletized grocery freight to retail stores
  • Use pallet jacks (manual or electric) to move product to the tail of the trailer
  • Follow delivery instructions and ensure a safe, timely arrival at each stop
  • Maintain professional interaction with store personnel
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and comply with DOT regulations

Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years of recent Class A driving experience
  • Must be able to work night shifts and occasional weekends
  • Valid CDL Class A license and DOT Medical Card
  • Clean MVR: No more than 2 tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
  • Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Experience with grocery delivery and pallet jacks preferred
