Fabrication Assembly Worker

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication of composite materials, including cutting fibers using scissors and hand tools
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure precise assembly and product quality
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship
• Use basic math skills and a tape measure for precise measurements
• Work closely with teammates in a collaborative production environment
• Prioritize attendance and punctuality to support team success

What We're Looking For:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Reliable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
