Position Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $35/hour

Employment Type: Temporary with potential for temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Arrange and manage international and domestic travel (air, hotel, car, rail) for corporate clients
  • Ensure all bookings align with client preferences and compliance standards
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations for optimal travel experiences
  • Navigate complex itineraries including multi-destination routes, ticket exchanges, and special fare structures
  • Resolve travel issues pre- and post-departure with exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with management on special projects and operational updates
  • Adapt to a fast-evolving travel environment and assist in optimizing travel processes
  • Maintain strong organizational control over a high-volume workload

Who We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of related experience in corporate travel or executive coordination
  • Experience supporting executive leadership (SVP, C-Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma from an accredited institution
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and highly self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur is a plus
  • Capable of occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)
