Pay Range - $19.43 - $29.89 per hour (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Production Scheduling Coordinator 2 will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient production of all products. They will coordinate with various departments to schedule production runs, manage inventory levels, and track orders through the production process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and have a strong understanding of production processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain management

* Experience with ERP systems and production planning software

* Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all production runs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with production supervisors, warehouse managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that production schedules are aligned with inventory levels and customer demand.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas where efficiency can be improved.
  • Work with purchasing and inventory management teams to ensure that raw materials and other necessary inputs are available when needed.
  • Track orders through the production process, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on production schedules, inventory levels, and order status.
  • Identify and mitigate potential production delays and bottlenecks.
  • Work with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet or exceed our quality standards.
