Pay Range - $19.43 - $29.89 per hour (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills) GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Production Scheduling Coordinator 2 will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient production of all products. They will coordinate with various departments to schedule production runs, manage inventory levels, and track orders through the production process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and have a strong understanding of production processes. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. * 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain management * Experience with ERP systems and production planning software * Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
