You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: https://jhhs.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ Position Summary: This position will serve as the main contact between the end users of Johns Hopkins Medicine utilizing decision support toolsets and the JHHS Finance Decision Support Department. Responsibilities will include assisting with the roll-out, data collection, maintenance, and validation of JHM decision support based solutions for the assigned JHM affiliate. The qualified candidate will assist in the collection and maintenance of decision support based budgeting, financial, costing, and patient level data structures; assist with meaningful analyses utilizing this data; and support the education and training of decision support end users. The qualified candidate will also be required to have an ability to independently perform analytical tasks; lead projects; independently learn new solutions, functionality, and technology; have a thorough understanding of financial based reporting and decision support based functionality capabilities. Ability to work with and interview organizational personnel in obtaining necessary data structures required by decision support. Ability to support the roll-out of Decision Support solutions. Understanding of financial, budgeting, and cost accounting concepts. Familiarity with the use of databases, systems, and PC-based software applications needed to manipulate and analyze data. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Health Administration. Work experience: Five years or more of healthcare or finance experience OR three years or more of working related experience within Johns Hopkins Medicine. Salary Range: $33.90/hour - $55.98/hour.
