The ASC Wholesale Pharmacy Coordinator, reporting to the Wholesale Pharmacy Operations Manager, oversees inventory procurement and purchasing processes for Johns Hopkins Ambulatory Surgical Centers and Home Care wholesale distribution pharmacy. This role includes facilitating the sale and delivery of pharmaceuticals to the appropriate customer base, acting as a customer service representative, and serving as the main point of contact for all involved parties. Additionally, the coordinator maintains inventory control, keeps purchase and usage data records, and produces relevant reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Maryland Board of Pharmacy registration (PTCB)
• One to two years of experience as a Hospital, community or Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician and/or Pharmacy Inventory Specialist (preferred).
• Pyxis experience (preferred)

Salary Range: Minimum $23.00/hour - Maximum $37.97/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
