Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $15 - $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary technical expert for customers, providing product knowledge, quotes, and order details.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to obtain technical drawings and data for new or modified products.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with the Customer Service Manager as needed.
  • Accurately enter and manage data in the ERP system including quotes, orders, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare detailed orders with custom specifications, ensuring all requirements are met for quality and delivery.
  • Manage pricing, shipping costs, discounts, and communicate this information to relevant team members.
  • Create and modify technical drawings using CAD tools based on customer needs and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and accounting to coordinate order fulfillment and product modifications.
  • Provide customer insights to Marketing and Engineering for continuous product and process improvement.




Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education.

One year of experience in a Customer Service, Technical/Engineering or equivalent position.
