The Ultra Finance function leads the budgeting and forecasting processes and supports the strategy process, as well as managing performance against budget. In addition, it ensures that effective financial controls are in operation in all businesses to ensure stewardship of the Group's assets. It ensures compliance with best professional standards, statutory financial requirements and fiscal provision and undertakes tax planning activities and ensure that the Group's tax reporting duties are discharged. It ensures that the Group has adequate long-term funding to meet the requirements of its Strategic Plan and supports M&A. Nationality Requirements Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation Building good working relationships with customers to ensure timely remittance of payments Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures Working with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve vendor invoice issues Required Skills: 1+ years of work experience in accounting This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. Desired Skills: Associate degree in accounting or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
