Job Overview
Our Implementation Specialist ensures T-Mobile For Business (TFB) customers are onboarded seamlessly and efficiently. They utilize a proven structured implementation 'Plan, Deploy, Inspect and Transition' project plan to provide business customers a consistent, predictable and virtual no-stress switching experience. They deliver a best-in-class pre-sale and post-sale onboarding experience by owning and executing on end-to-end implementation plans for new and existing products, services and solutions. Implementation Specialists support multiple business sales teams, providing implementation support during customers' first 60 days of service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with cross functional partners, business owners, and/or business points of contact to plan, customize and deploy products and services. Supports a high volume (~50) of projects concurrently.
- Works with customers to setup/train self-service portal and conduct first bill reviews.
- Works with Account Executives, Managers, and Sr. Managers to deliver updates, reporting, and feedback on active and presale projects. This includes preparing and presenting weekly to assigned Market (i.e., multiple Small and Medium Business - SMB, sales teams).
- Coordinates and resolves escalations: triaging provisioning issues, promotions missing, incorrect billing.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Business experience including prior project management and/or customer account management in either customer service or sales. Required
- 2-4 years Telecom background. Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Building Relationships Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and leverage internal and external resources to move projects through completion. (Required)
- Communication Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare and articulate T-Mobile's Implementation value proposition with customers on presale calls. (Required)
- Customer Relations Ability to support and manage customer relationships in a remote, virtual environment utilizing tools like email, Webex, Slack, phone, etc. (Required)
- Organization Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently, in order to ensure completion of multiple virtual implementations that involve highly complex and/or critical customer issues in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment. (Required)
- Telecommunications Demonstrated (SME) knowledge of solutions, technologies and operating systems (general wireless knowledge, iOS, Android, Fleet, OEM hardware, MDM solutions, etc.) in order to ensure effective set-up and/or transfer of key business apps. (Required)
- Project Management Ability to organize and lead all facets of a project/team (including building detailed end-to-end project plans). (Preferred)
- Project Coordination Managing multiple projects concurrently (40+). (Preferred)
- T-Mobile Tools & System Knowledge Proficiency in T-Mobile systems, processes, policies, etc. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $52,900 - $95,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
