Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Salary: $49,920 per year

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns involving CNC machines, presses, compressors, and more.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors, vendors, and consultants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
• Handle additional duties as assigned to support plant operations.

What We're Looking For:

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment, especially CNC machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and bend, stretch, squat, and climb as required by the job.
• Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical/vocational school training highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
