Printing Supervisor

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

As a Printing Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and your team is set up for success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing pressroom and cutting operations to meet production goals
• Prioritizing and assigning tasks across the team to maximize workflow
• Monitoring raw material usage and coordinating resource availability
• Enforcing safety and professional standards throughout the facility
• Performing quality sign-offs and ensuring final output meets customer expectations
• Acting as a liaison between production teams and senior leadership
• Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving processes
• Writing clear, accurate reports and maintaining operational documentation

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of print production experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tools
• Solid IT and data analysis skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems, motivate teams, and meet deadlines
• Experience with quality control and process improvement
