Warehouse Material Handler

Staffmark is seeking a reliable Warehouse Material Handler for an exciting opportunity in Muncie, IN. Join a dynamic team and help support the smooth operation of the warehouse, all while enjoying competitive pay and excellent benefits!

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Shifts Available:

• Days: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (2-2-3 schedule)
• Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
• Weekend work is required, with overtime mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and process incoming materials, entering details into the system, labeling, and locating goods.
• Pull and stage customer orders, repacking material to meet specifications.
• Ensure accurate labeling and handling of materials.
• Process shipments and deliveries within the system.
• Perform cycle counting and verify inventory accuracy; make adjustments when necessary.
• Maintain forklift and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
• Drive forklifts or other heavy-duty material movers as needed.
• Participate in training for hazardous waste handling, if required.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of high-level material handling or warehouse operator experience.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Skills: Forklift operation experience is a plus. Must be comfortable with basic warehouse tasks, including shipping/receiving, packing, and labeling.
