Are you experienced in Warehouse, Packaging, Picking, or Assembly and looking for a long-term career opportunity? Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Associates for immediate openings in Dothan, AL.

Schedule & Pay:



  • Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Saturday required)
  • Pay: $11.25 per hour



What You'll Do:



  • Assemble, inspect, and pack products according to established specifications.
  • Identify and correct defects or equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are sorted, labeled, and stored properly.
  • Place and assemble various parts using tools such as rivet guns.
  • Rotate through different tasks within the packaging and assembly area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work on a fast-paced, moving assembly or production line.



Requirements:



  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Must be able to lift 10+ lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, picking, or assembly roles is a plus.
