We're currently seeking to fill a Grinder Machine Operator position in Rogers, AR, to join a well-established local manufacturer. Don't miss out on this chance to advance your career!

Training Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7am - 3:30pm

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3pm - 11:30pm

Training Pay: $17.00/hour

Pay (once moved to 2nd shift): $17.30/hour

Daily tasks will include set up of equipment for each operation and make adjustments to the feed, speed, and dimensions depending on order specifications.



  • A minimum of 6 months prior manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Must have the ability to lift 35-55 pounds
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
