Exhibitor Success Coordinator - Texting

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Use excellent customer service to engage with exhibitors via text messaging.
• Monitor Twilio queues and answer messages when assigned to a show
• Make sure all campaigns are sent out on time and to the correct contacts.
• Respond to exhibitor's text messages.
• Work closely with the service desk and other LOB's.
• Process and save any electronic material handling forms that are received for a show.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and professional appearance by Exhibitor Success Central staff in accordance with GES guidelines.
• Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with city partners.
• Attend and participate in all department Meetings, Town Hall, inter-departmental, etc. as requested by the leadership team.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the Exhibitor Success Leadership team.
• Meet and exceed balanced scorecard standards
• Keep Manager informed of any trend or pattern that requires attention for us to improve department performance levels
• Qualify prospects for other departments of the company, including Logistics and Spiro
• Keep supervisor informed of any trend or pattern that requires attention for us to improve department performance levels
• Offer support for emails.
• Offer support for Order Entry.
• Offer support for Queue Management.
• Offer support for Virtual Help Desk
• Offer support for Video Chat
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers'
• Assisting Exhibitors with purchases of all GES products and services
• Act as a liaison between exhibitor and show site staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience handling escalated complaints
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability to execute and manage work under rigid timelines.
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Thrive in a dynamic, demanding and high-stress environment
• Team player
• Responsible and dependable
• Able to lead and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work to ensure a smooth operating department.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in office conditions, involving sitting most of the time.
• Work may involve repetitive motion (i.e. constant keying, using fingers, or grasping of objects).

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work alone and with others in a team atmosphere.
• Showsite assistance may be necessary.
