The Delivery Manager will oversee the successful execution of remote and client-based development projects, ensuring efficient delivery management and field services. With a hybrid work model and day shift, the role requires a strategic approach to manage resources and timelines effectively. The candidate will play a crucial role in aligning project outcomes with company goals, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to societal impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage remote and client-based development projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with field services teams to integrate their input into project planning.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Utilize technical expertise in remote and client-based development to guide project execution.
  • Support hybrid work model by ensuring effective communication and collaboration tools are in place.
  • Infra DWP & EUC (Field Service, DWP) skilled hands-on Delivery Lead
  • Able to manage a team of 5-6 Field Service support team in the US.
  • Should be able to manage client and be Point of contact for Onshore to client - face of the client.
  • Should be able to work and hands on, when and if needed for Field Service and DWP work.
  • Should be able to work along with larger Offshore CIS team.

Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience with DWP and Field Service Support.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience managing a Global Field Service Support team.
  • Experience working in a client facing role and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
