Quality Control Inspector

Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify job tasks against the provided Work Order
• Perform zinc/manganese phosphate treatment and/or grit blasting
• Execute stamping, painting, and stenciling of products
• Apply thread compound and install thread protectors
• Use basic math and measurement tools with accuracy
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and company specifications

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a quality control or inspection role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow procedures and contribute positively to team culture
• Interest in learning and growing within the role
