Accounts Receivable Accountant

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support our client's growing finance team. This is your chance to take ownership of the accounts receivable process while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

Pay: $23.50/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage assigned accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and mail to facilitate prompt payments
• Enter and manage invoices using systems like SAP, Ariba, OpenInvoice, and similar platforms
• Develop effective repayment strategies and track progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and issue monthly account statements
• Provide regular updates to the Corporate Controller and CFO
• Investigate billing discrepancies and apply effective collection strategies
• Process credit card payments and support invoice distribution

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR 5-7 years of progressive AR experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the oilfield services industry is a plus (especially involving fixed assets, rentals, or inventory sales)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
