Location: On-site \| Department: Credit Card Services \| Type: Full-Time Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a motivated Card Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Credit Card Services team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations-ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of credit card transactions while supporting internal teams and driving process improvements. What You'll Do Start Strong: * Begin by mastering a key in-office task: processing cash advances to credit cards-a critical function in our daily operations. Grow Your Impact: Once you've got that down, you'll expand into a variety of responsibilities, including: * Processing loan and credit card payments (60% of your day) * Handling credit card adjustments (statement requests, rewards, credit line changes - 20%) * Providing backup support to fellow Card Department Specialists (20%) * Collaborating with business partners and management to resolve card-related issues and ensure compliance * Recommending and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs * Acting as the go-to expert for frontline staff on all credit card-related questions What You Bring Must-Haves: * 2+ years of office administrative or customer service experience * Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves: * College coursework or degree * Experience with MS Outlook * 1+ year of banking or teller experience * Background in financial operations Soft Skills That Shine: * Curious and proactive-ask questions and seek clarity * Positive, focused, and eager to learn * Able to follow general guidelines while identifying and solving process issues * Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment This is more than just a job-it's a chance to grow your career in financial services, contribute to a high-performing team, and make a real difference in the lives of our members and employees. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
