5+ yrs. Experience in software Testing with 3+ yrs. Experience as Release Test Lead. Credit Card domain background is a must.

Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process of projects from initiation to implementation.

5+ Hands on Expertise in developing and execution of test approach, test plans with milestones, coordination with all collaborators and reporting.

Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment.

Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team.

Proven experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status.

Hands on experience in debugging using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured, etc.

Proficient with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence etc

Involve in business features grooming, refinement, architectural runaway sessions, program increment planning sessions with project collaborators to understand the project requirements.

Identify the interdependencies between platform teams and plan for project test execution and delivery.

Prepare test timelines, strategy and plan and work with testers on the test cases preparation and review with business.

Perform test management for end-to-end test execution.

Lead defect triage calls and work with platform teams to fix the defects.

Build Power BI reports for test status and program health check report. Utilize debugging tools to validate the Api's.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 53,477/- to $ 92,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
