Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

- High school education required
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Active Secret Clearance
- Possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties, if required
- License to operate a forklift

Experience Required
|
- Minimum five years' warehousing and inventory management experience within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Job Objective
These individuals are responsible for shipping and receiving operations and management tasks such as receiving, stowage, shipping of supplies and receipt processing.
Responsibilities
- Receives material and validate source, quantities, recipient(s), and invoice data. Segregate incoming material and forward to various departments and local/deployed detachments.
- Package and prepare material and documents for outgoing shipments. Coordinate and receive financial approval to ship various outgoing packages across the US and worldwide. Maintain official shipping or transfer document files in Fiscal Year (FY) sequence.
- Maintains financial audit readiness for all documentation (inbound and outgoing). Maintain financial approval documents in FY sequence. Coordinate with recipients to ensure all documentation is filled out and properly filed.
Education & Certification
- High school education required
