MUST:

Experienced Practice Manager - Dental

3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager in Dental

3+ years of experience in leadership and management of large teams

3+ years of experience working in generating 5+ million revenue

Strong experience in managing operations and/or sales teams

Strong experience in healthcare operations and practice management, especially with healthcare providers.

Expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and employee motivation techniques.

Strong communication, analytical, and business judgment skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to shifting demands and multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

DUTIES:

In collaboration with executive leadership, recruit, direct, and manage the center staff.

Participate in network planning, conduct employee reviews, monitor morale, and create a positive work environment.

Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Develop, document, and enforce policies and best practices to streamline operations.

Analyze operational data, including activities, costs, and forecasts, to assess the practice's progress toward goals.

Collaborate with executive leadership and the practice's medical staff to review achievements and adjust goals as necessary.

Help formulate and execute company policies, long-term goals, and business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Ensure the implementation of best practices, optimizing scheduling efficiency, and proactively planning to meet operational needs.

Manage staff development, performance coaching, and process improvements.

Oversee the practice's financial performance, including staff performance and key metrics such as sales, collections, close rate, and collection ratio.

Foster strong relationships with referring doctors through consistent communication and partnership development.

Review and interpret financial data to ensure goals and profitability targets are met.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information, employee matters, and all financial data.

Oversee the practice's P&L, focusing on supplies, expenses, and labor costs in collaboration with the providers.

Ensure the surgical schedule is optimized to maximize the time of surgeons.

Work with the corporate Compliance Department to maintain HIPAA compliance, employee training, and up-to-date licenses.

Other duties as assigned.
