Pay From: $110,000 per year

MUST:


Eligible for Public Trust Clearance

5+ years of software engineering experience including a proven history of building consumer web applications or services both front and backend components

5+ years of Python Development experience

2+ years of experience supporting a Federal client

Expert in Python (Django) and responsive front-end design (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.)

Proficiency with databases Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server (MSSQL)

Experience working with Unix/Linux environments is a plus

Experience with responsive design is a plus

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent customer service and client facing skills including ability to present and interact regularly with clients

Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks

High attention to detail

Bachelors Degree is required for the role (preferably in a related field)

DUTIES:

Migrate legacy applications to python

Analyze legacy applications code and Learn the legacy applications' functionalities

Maintain existing applications, and provide support to users

Design new applications independently and/or work architect

Provide vision for new applications from functionalities, to front end UI design

Interact with end users, and Government Lead, managers to understand new application' requirements and support needs

Reverse engineer the legacy application if necessary

Use customers' systems to maintain code
