Customer Service Representative

Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Rep. This position is responsible for coordinating the placement of customer orders using SAP. You would be fielding phone calls, entering in orders, processing, tracking, exporting intercompany orders, billing, tracking inventory, complaints and returns and following up to make sure customer requirements are met. You would collaborate with various internal teams to include logistics, sales and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You would also be communicating order status with the customer, responding to marketing and sales inquiries concerning product shipping dates, availability, pricing and overall order status.

Remote for M, W, F. 8:00-5pm M-F. This is a long term temporary opportunity with potential for extension and if a position opens up potential for conversion. Pay is between $26/hr.-$29/hr.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service or order management experience within a production environment
• Logistics experience with import/export operations, rail and tank
• Familiarity with processing invoices, order entry, delivery notes and shipping documents
• Experience with SAP
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
