Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Rep. This position is responsible for coordinating the placement of customer orders using SAP. You would be fielding phone calls, entering in orders, processing, tracking, exporting intercompany orders, billing, tracking inventory, complaints and returns and following up to make sure customer requirements are met. You would collaborate with various internal teams to include logistics, sales and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You would also be communicating order status with the customer, responding to marketing and sales inquiries concerning product shipping dates, availability, pricing and overall order status. They are a collaborative, family-oriented and structured place to work that cares about their employees and mistakes are considered an opportunity. The team is very innovative and the work is fulfilling. Their leadership is knowledgeable, engaged and supportive. This position is hybrid requiring to be onsite on Tues. and Thurs. Remote for M, W, F. 8:00-5pm M-F. This is a long term temporary opportunity with potential for extension and if a position opens up potential for conversion. Pay is between $26/hr.-$29/hr.
