SOME Inc. exists to help the homeless and poor of Washington, DC. Compensation: SOME Inc. is currently seeking a full-time House Manager for Exodus House in West Virginia. Position Description: The House Manager oversees the residential facility and clients during overnight hours. The House Manager also provides support and assistance to clients, as needed. Required: HS Degree/GED; 1-3 yrs experience in social services; experience providing services in addictions or mental health treatment Required License/Certification: CPR/First Aid; AED; Food Handler's License; Crisis Intervention (Training); Driver's License Schedule: Monday - Friday (Overnights) - 12:00 am - 8:00 am (40 hours/week) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Expected Contributions: Program Management Oversee facility and residents during assigned shifts to ensure safety and security. Conduct nightly and morning room inspections, assist residents with daily living activities, handle administrative tasks (e.g., copying, scanning, filing), and maintain accurate documentation and communication logs.
