Position Summary The logistic supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing delivery routes and driver team for distribution center Duties & Responsibilities
Daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet for assigned location within a direct store delivery network.
Assigning and supervising driver personnel with a focus on safety/regulatory compliance and controlling and maintaining delivery efficiency goals while meeting or exceeding customer service level expectations.
Ensure Delivery Driver SOPs are adhered to
Daily reconciliation of routes and driver performance through GEOTAB
- Other duties as assigned
Education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associates degree preferred
- 3 years of recent/prior fleet/driver supervisory/management experience
- Previous experience with routing and driver dispatching
- Prior driving experience preferred

- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
- Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
- Climb up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise
- Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment
- Enter and locate information on computer
- Visually verify information, often in small print
- Safely operate a motor vehicle
